If you know, you know.. or is it nose!?

Perfumery has been around for thousand of years & mind you, its often a very subtle thing but our senses pick them up and we’re intrigued, excited and even calmed by certain smells. I mean with such staying power its no wonder there are extremists like us about who collect hundreds if not thousands of the stuff. I myself have a somewhat modest collection of just under 500 different types of perfumes. Some might think that’s totally absurd but I dare anyone to deny the compelling, subtle effect it has! You want to make an impression on an interview, or a first date, or perhaps you’ve been relegated to the friend zone! I’ve got a perfume that’ll get you noticed & change her mind lickedy split. Now is that something you might be interested in?? Don’t answer, of course it is, which is why you’re here, because your nose knows!

Summer hits

Summer hotties to keep you cool

Focus on citrus and floral notes, as they evoke a sense of summertime freshness. Look for scents with ingredients like lemon, grapefruit, and orange blossom. Another important factor to consider is longevity – you want a perfume that will hold up in the heat without being overpowering.

Compliments

Compliments galore and more

Great perfumes are great perfumes, but believe it or not, you want something that supports the occasion and your assumed persona for the day or event. I mean how often do see something cool and don't say anything. Same goes for perfumes, you want them to feel compelled to praise your scent. Sure they can enjoy it too, but invite them to tell you so.. Coz hey, its always better to know right!

Winter hits

Winter hits to keep you cozy

Focus on woody and earthy scents for winter because they have a rich, heavy scent, reminiscent of pine trees and burning wood. Bergamot, patchouli, oakmoss, and labdanum are all in this category. You may find they are paired with something citrusy which are great supporting notes.

Abit about me and what motivated me to create this blog

My name is Gabriel and I really enjoy perfume… I mean really enjoy it. The term scary obsession might’ve been thrown around once or twice! But jokes aside though, I love perfume, summer, the outdoors and travel.
